# Navigation and tabs

The sidebar is grouped, and screens that overlap are tabs on one page. Each sidebar link opens a
page with its tabs along the top. Every old address still works.

## What you can do

The sidebar groups, in the default order. A person sees only the groups and tabs their role allows. See
[Roles and permissions](/docs/manual/settings/roles-and-permissions.md).

Tabs inside a group:

- Finance > AI costs has its own tabs: Usage, Inference cost, Client costs, Builds, Jobs.
- Management > Capacity holds Capacity model and Work streams. Audit holds Audit trail and AI outcomes.
- Settings > You: My AI and Connections. Connections holds API tokens, Connect your agent, Connected
  accounts and Integrations.
- Settings > Workspace: Company (Details and branding, Work week), People and sign-in, Plan, and Labels and
  priorities (Labels, Task priorities).
- Ops & admin > Agents holds Agent runs, Agent Sessions and Bots. Access holds Roles, Delegations and
  View as. Instance holds Plugins, AI, Docs publishing, Imports, Collector tokens and Screens. Email holds
  Templates and Sent mail.

## How to

1. Press a group in the sidebar. The page opens on its first tab.
2. Press another tab above the page to move within the group.
3. To reorder or hide groups, use Customise nav in the user menu. See [Account](/docs/manual/settings/account.md).

## Limits

- Canvases are no longer listed in My Stuff. They are in Docs.
- Management no longer holds Over budget, Completed tasks or the Client report. They are tabs of Time.
- Support access is no longer in Settings > Workspace. It is part of
  [View as](/docs/manual/settings/view-as.md).
- A group with no tab the person may use is not shown.
- Task priorities has no sidebar link of its own; it is a tab of Settings > Workspace > Labels and priorities.
- Plugins can add tabs to a group when they are switched on for the workspace.
