Switch on only what your agency needs

Plugins add the tools an agency reaches for next: Gantt charts, support contracts, leads, SEO, social, ads, analytics and more. Switch each one on per workspace, on either plan, and pay only for the ones you use.

Every add-on free when you join during the beta

Join during the beta and you get Agency and every add-on free: through the beta and for six months after we launch. How the beta offer works

Gantt: see whether the deadline still holds

The pain: a board shows what's next, not whether the end date still works.

A project on a timeline: tasks as bars, dependencies as the lines between them, and the critical path flagged. Drag a bar to move the dates, drag its end to resize it, or move it from the keyboard. It reads the same tasks as the board, so there's nothing to keep in step.

Free on every plan. See what every plan includes

Support: sell support contracts and keep to them

The pain: retainer hours leak, and nobody can show the response times were met.

Tickets, products and agreements. Mail to your support address becomes a ticket and the team answers from the app. An agreement says what a client has bought and what they are owed: pots of hours, retainers and response times, measured against the tickets.

Plugins for marketing and growth

Run your own marketing and your clients' from the app you already run the work in. Connections are per client and keys are stored encrypted. Findings and costs land beside the client's work, so marketing shows up in the same numbers as everything else.

Leads: turn enquiries into won work

Paid add-on. For enquiries that sit in an inbox until someone remembers them.

A pipeline from first contact to won work, with where each lead came from and a record of the consent they gave.

SEO: find what's holding each site back

Paid add-on. For client sites that slip in search while nobody is looking.

Findings become tasks, and the monthly report gets a section for each. See what SEO costs

Social: post, schedule and see what works

Paid add-on. For posting that lives in five apps and a spreadsheet.

Write posts, schedule them and see how they did. A post goes out once someone approves it. Accounts sit per brand and per client: Bluesky, Mastodon, LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok and YouTube.

Ads: see spend beside the work it pays for

Paid add-on. For ad spend that never makes it onto the client's numbers.

See ad accounts, campaigns, spend and results across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Apple Ads. Spend shows up as a project and client cost, next to what your AI tools cost. Changing a budget needs an approval.

Tell the networks which ads led to an enquiry or a sale, from your server, with no cookies, for visitors who agreed to that network.

Analytics: count visits, not people

Paid add-on. For clients who want figures without a cookie banner.

Counts visits with a script of about 1 KB, served from your own Siftware Dev, with no cookies. Pageviews, sources and campaign tags, goals and events, per client site. Send a client a read-only link to their figures.

Calendar: plan the marketing, and staff it

Paid add-on. For campaigns planned in one place and resourced in another.

Posts, emails and campaigns on a calendar, each item turning into real tasks so capacity counts them.

Done-for-you migration: move in without starting again

The pain: years of projects, tasks and time stuck in the tool you're leaving, and nobody with a week to copy it across.

We move you in. We bring your projects, tasks and logged time across from Teamwork, Harvest, Asana, Jira, Basecamp or Toggl, or from spreadsheets, so your history and reports carry on from day one. Using something else? Ask us.

Priced per move: request it from inside your workspace.

Writing your own

For developers. Add a feature without forking the app; our own plugins are built the same way. Core doesn't change, and each plugin says which versions of core it works with.

What a plugin can do

Where a plugin can add to the appA sketch of the app, not a screenshot: the sidebar, the tabs on a project and the dashboard's widgets each have a slot a plugin can fill.SidebarProject tabDashboardwidget

A plugin is a Composer package with a service provider and a plugin.json manifest. It keeps to its own namespace: routes under /plugins/<name>, tables starting <name>_, abilities starting <name>:. Public plugins are open source, private ones are yours alone, and paid ones are switched on per workspace. Licence yours however you like.

Plugins run with the app's own rights. Install the ones you've read.
