Settings

The settings for the workspace and for each person: company details, roles, tokens, integrations, and the account screens.

In this section

• Settings

  From the regrouped navigation, Settings has two sections: You (My AI, Connections) and Workspace (Company, People and sign-in, Plan, Labels and priorities).

• Account

  Each person's own corner: their profile, the order of their sidebar, their notifications, and how their screens are set out.

• Roles and permissions

  A role is a set of permissions given to a login.

• Sign-in

  People sign in with Siftware single sign-on, Google, GitHub or Apple, or with an email sign-in link.

• View as and support access

  View as lets an admin or ops person see every page as another person sees it, read-only.
