Settings
From the regrouped navigation, Settings has two sections: You (My AI, Connections) and Workspace (Company, People and sign-in, Plan, Labels and priorities). Roles, Bots, Docs publishing and View as moved to Ops & admin. See Navigation and tabs. The table below names the screens by their content.
Settings holds the workspace's own details and lists, the bots and tokens that act in it, and each person's connections. The Settings group in the sidebar shows only the screens a person may use.

Staff who may hold tokens: any person who is not a client, a contact login, a bookkeeper or a bot.
How to
Company:
- Open Settings > Workspace > Company (My company). Fill Name, Logo, the Contact, Location and Finance fields, and Default currency. Press Save.
- Under Our mail domains, list every domain the agency sends from, old trading domains included. Mail from them is read as the agency's own and no client record can claim them. Add domain adds a row.
Roles: see Roles and permissions.
Labels:
- Open Settings > Workspace > Labels and priorities > Labels and press Create. Fill Name and Color, then Create label.
- Labels are account-global: a label is not made for one project and can go on a task on any board. Filter the list with Used on project to see which labels a board uses.
- Archive a label from its row; choose Archived to restore it.
Task priorities:
- Open Settings > Workspace > Labels and priorities > Task priorities. Press Create, fill Label, Color and Order, then Create priority.
- Archive and restore from the row.
Bots:
- Open Ops & admin > Agents > Bots and press Create. Fill Name, Handle (the local part of the bot's address, fixed once set), Job title and Avatar. Press Create bot. The bot starts with no project access.
- Edit the bot. Under Grant access to projects, pick the projects it may see.
- Under Issue a token, give the token a Name ("What will hold it, so it can be revoked on its own"), pick Abilities, and press Issue token. Copy it from Token issued: it is not shown again.
- Revoke a token from the bot's token list. Archive a bot from its row; a restored bot needs a new token before it can act.
API tokens:
- Open Settings > You > Connections > API tokens. Under Issue a token, fill Name (for example
laptop timer), pick Abilities, or a preset under Presets, and choose Expires after. Press Issue token. - Copy the token from Token issued: "Copy this now. It will not be shown again."
- Use it as
Authorization: Bearer <token>to/api/v1.GET /api/v1/meshows who the token is and its abilities. - The list shows Name, Abilities, Created, Expires, Last used and Status. Revoke one token, or Revoke all.
- Connected apps lists apps approved to act for the person, such as a Claude connector, with App, Access, Connected and Last active. Disconnect ends one.

Plugins add their own abilities to this list. The Read only preset picks tasks:read,
knowledge:read, crm:read and time:read.
Docs publishing:
- Open Ops & admin > Instance > Docs publishing. Under Allow someone to publish for you, pick Who (a bot or a person) and optionally a Folder (left empty, Anywhere). Press Allow.
- They can write and edit only the docs they wrote for that person, and only in that folder. The docs stay the person's own; private ones stay private.
- Revoke a grant from its row. The list shows Who, Where and State (Active or Revoked).
Integrations:
- Open Settings > You > Connections > Integrations. Your connections lists the person's own connections.
- Nextcloud: press Connect, approve in the Nextcloud tab that opens ("Approve in the Nextcloud tab"), and the page shows Connected. Cancel stops waiting. Disconnect revokes the app password in Nextcloud too. Reconnect appears after an error.
- Daily feeds: switch on what fills the daily note, each in its own column. See Daily feeds.
- With
view integrations, the page also lists the workspace's connections, such as Ollama (local LLM) and Anthropic (Claude), each Connected, Not connected, Needs setup or Needs attention. Re-authorise and Disconnect needmanage integrations.
AI: see Agent panel and AI usage.
Limits
- Task priorities has no link of its own in the sidebar; it is a tab of Settings > Workspace > Labels and priorities.
- Token expiry choices: 30, 60, 90, 180 or 365 days; 90 by default. A token near its expiry, within 14 days, is flagged. Every token expires.
- A token can never do more than its holder; the abilities narrow it further. A 401 means expired or revoked, a 403 a missing ability.
- Bot tokens last 90 days and always include
projects:write. - Revoke all removes every token, not the browser session.
- Docs publishing grants are made and revoked on the Docs publishing screen only, never through the API. Revoking takes effect on the next request.
- Nextcloud needs the server to have a Nextcloud address set. It uses the person's own account.
- Chat buttons, where an install uses them, are set up on the server; there is no Settings screen for them.
- Plugins have no Settings screen. See Plugins.
