Account
Each person's own corner: their profile, the order of their sidebar, their notifications, and how their screens are set out. None of it changes what anyone else sees.
What you can do
- Edit the profile: Profile image, Name, Job title, Phone, and the Email under Login credentials.
- Reorder the sidebar and hide items not in use.
- Collapse the sidebar to a rail, and expand it again.
- Reset the sidebar to the default order, everything shown, expanded.
- Read notifications, mark one or all as read.
- Switch between light and dark mode.
- Open the Keyboard shortcuts sheet.
- Keep screen choices: the app remembers each person's board layout and density, task numbers, the collapsed backlog, project docs shown or hidden, dashboard cards and their order, list columns and widths, and the canvas task tray's display and filters.

Limits
- Notifications cover new tasks and comments, and mentions in either. A person is notified only about projects they can see.
- Email is used to match the person's single sign-on account on their first sign-in, and must be unique.
- The sidebar collapse toggle is hidden on narrow screens, where the sidebar is a drawer.
- Screen choices are saved where they are made; there is no separate preferences screen.
- Sidebar changes apply to the person's own view only.
